The Champions Arbor Homeowners Association dues are $544.00, payable each June 1 and December 1. Champions Arbor is professionally managed by JellyBird HOA Management, which handles the collection of the association dues.
A fine of $50 per month accrues for dues not paid after the 1-month grace period. Dues in arrears are subject to liens placed on the homeowners’ mortgage.
